Hello, I am Marco, after a deep reflexion, I decided to create this site, to let you know and make you understand the feelings I get doing this wonderful job.

I love making and I love pizza especially when I see customers get up from the table, and with their eyes « satisfied » make you realize how much they enjoyed eating your pizza.

For me, the most important is the customer satisfaction….even just lookin them in the eyes !!!!

In all these years I have always tried to improve and experiment new methods, new and leaveningingredients, with the only purpose of product improvement, because as all trades even this is changing, especially when, working with customers from different countries or cultures, you should always tailor the product to satisfie the different tastes of customers.
